Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and plate authentic Indonesian and high-quality Western dishes according to established recipes.
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control for every dish served.
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP principles) at all workstations.
- Manage inventory levels, track food waste, and assist in periodic stock-taking duties.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations during peak hours.
- Clean and sanitize food preparation surfaces, equipment, and storage areas daily.
- Monitor food temperatures and storage conditions to ensure optimal freshness.
- Assist the Head Chef with menu development and recipe documentation as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
- Proficiency in both traditional Indonesian cuisine and fundamental Western cooking techniques.
- Strong understanding of food safety, kitchen sanitation, and health regulations.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a diverse team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Certification in Culinary Arts or related hospitality training is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
