Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and plate authentic Japanese dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes.
  • Ensure kitchen stations are fully stocked and organized for smooth service flow.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols (HACCP/local standards).
  • Collaborate with the head chef to monitor inventory levels and minimize food wastage.
  • Execute daily food preparation tasks including fish filleting, vegetable cutting, and sauce preparation.
  • Assist in the development of seasonal menu items and kitchen specials.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace throughout the shift.
  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in Japanese cuisine.
  • Strong understanding of Japanese cooking techniques and ingredient handling.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in food safety and hygiene is highly preferred.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a positive, professional attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Good physical stamina for standing and working in a kitchen environment.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a high-performance culinary team.
