Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and plate menu items according to established Ocha Bali quality standards and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to food hygiene and sanitation protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with the executive chef and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Monitor ingredient inventory and assist in stock management to minimize food waste.
- Execute daily food preparation tasks including chopping, marinating, and sauce preparation.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is maintained and operated in accordance with safety procedures.
- Participate in ongoing culinary training and contribute to menu development sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cook, Commis, or in a similar professional kitchen role.
- Strong understanding of professional cooking techniques and safety standards (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure hospitality environment.
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent food quality.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Culinary school diploma or relevant certification preferred but not required.
