Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed in accordance with health department regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation during service hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking ingredients as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and seamless service.
- Perform equipment maintenance checks and report any issues to the Head Chef.
- Assist in recipe development and menu innovation for seasonal specials.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Cook in a restaurant or catering environment.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Culinary degree or vocational certification in Professional Cooking is an advantage.
- Passion for fresh ingredients and high-quality food presentation.
