Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation throughout the shift.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to management.
- Ensure all food preparation complies with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service.
- Manage the kitchen workflow efficiently during the night shift hours.
- Assist in the deep cleaning of kitchen equipment and facility maintenance.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cook or Line Cook in a similar hospitality environment.
- Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques and food safety standards (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to work effectively in a small kitchen team.
- Must be comfortable and reliable for night shift operations.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on consistency and cleanliness.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian or English.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
