This position is open for both permanent staff and Daily Workers (DW), and we are looking for someone who can join our team immediately.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook high-quality Nusantara cuisine according to restaurant standards and recipes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control for all menu items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, adhering strictly to health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and report ingredient shortages to the kitchen management.
- Coordinate efficiently with service staff to ensure timely delivery of orders to guests.
- Assist in the development and refinement of new menu items.
- Perform daily preparation tasks (mise-en-place) to ensure kitchen readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Cook or Commis in an Indonesian restaurant.
- Deep knowledge of traditional Nusantara ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong discipline, time management skills, and a positive attitude.
- Availability to join immediately is highly preferred.
- Open to Daily Worker (DW) status with a desire for professional growth.
- Possess basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
