Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established Tastewell Food Group recipes and presentation standards.
  • Ensure all food products are prepared, portioned, and cooked to the highest quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift, adhering to food safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing food supplies to minimize waste.
  • Operate kitchen equipment (grills, ovens, fryers) safely and effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients (prep work) during downtime to ensure readiness for peak hours.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1 year of professional cooking experience in a restaurant, café, or commercial kitchen.
  • Strong understanding of food safety protocols and hygiene standards (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak service hours.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Must be flexible to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • A proactive attitude and a strong desire to deliver consistent food quality.
  • Vocational diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent certification is preferred but not required.
