Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and plate high-quality dishes according to the established menu and standards.
  • Support the Head Chef in initial kitchen setup, equipment calibration, and inventory management.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation protocols (HACCP) at all times.
  • Collaborate with the pre-opening team to refine recipes and operational workflows.
  • Manage food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and cooking components accurately.
  • Ensure efficient kitchen operations during service hours to meet guest satisfaction targets.
  • Monitor ingredient freshness and assist in maintaining accurate stock records.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Cook or Commis in a professional restaurant or hotel environment.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen safety, food storage, and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain a positive attitude during high-volume periods.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A passion for culinary arts and a proactive approach to continuous learning.
  • Formal certification in Culinary Arts or related hospitality training is a significant advantage.
