Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to resort standards and guest preferences
- Manage inventory, storage, and rotation of food supplies to minimize waste
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Collaborate with kitchen team during peak hours and special events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen workstations
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings
- Train junior staff on cooking techniques and kitchen procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years professional cooking experience in hotel/restaurant settings
- Culinary school certification or equivalent vocational training
- Expertise in Indonesian and international cuisine
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Basic English proficiency
