Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all food items are prepared fresh, maintaining proper hygiene and safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to coordinate meal preparation and service
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Present dishes in an appealing manner that meets presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work areas
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
