Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established Seasalt Seafood recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times, adhering to HACCP food safety guidelines.
- Ensure high-quality presentation and portion control for every dish prepared.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team members to ensure seamless service flow.
- Monitor food inventory levels and report shortages to the Sous Chef in a timely manner.
- Follow strict recipe specifications while ensuring consistency in taste and appearance.
- Assist in the preparation of daily specials and participate in menu development brainstorming sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cook or Line Cook, preferably in a seafood or fine-dining restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations (food hygiene certification is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Demonstrated passion for culinary arts and professional growth.
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school background is highly preferred.
