Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook diverse menu items following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain strict food safety protocols and hygiene standards in all kitchen operations
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow during peak service hours
- Manage inventory control, including stock rotation and waste reduction
- Adapt to seasonal menu changes and special event requirements
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff when required
- Ensure consistent quality and timely execution of all orders
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years professional cooking experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine techniques
- Certification in food safety and handling (preferred)
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Physical stamina for extended standing and lifting (up to 25kg)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic understanding of Indonesian language (additional languages a plus)
