Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and cook authentic Sundanese and seafood dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes.
  • Ensure all food preparation is done in compliance with health and safety regulations (HACCP/Hygiene standards).
  • Manage daily kitchen inventory, monitor stock levels, and minimize food wastage.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift.
  • Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen team to maintain consistent food quality and timely service.
  • Execute precise plating techniques to ensure every dish meets our premium presentation standards.
  • Support kitchen operations during peak hours to ensure smooth workflow and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development of new menu items or seasonal specials as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Cook in a professional kitchen, preferably in Indonesian or Seafood cuisine.
  • Strong knowledge of Sundanese culinary techniques and ingredient profiles.
  • Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking equipment.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a strong sense of discipline, teamwork, and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work on a contract basis and flexible shift schedules.
  • Good understanding of food safety and sanitation principles.
  • Relevant vocational degree or culinary certification is considered a strong plus.
