Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook high-quality vegan dishes according to standardized recipes and portion sizes.
- Ensure all food preparation meets strict hygiene, health, and safety standards (HACCP).
- Maintain an organized workstation, including inventory management and restocking of ingredients.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order fulfillment during peak service hours.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure excellence in every dish served.
- Assist in the development of new seasonal vegan specials and menu items.
- Properly clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces at the end of each shift.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cook or Commis Chef, preferably in a vegan or health-conscious kitchen.
- In-depth knowledge of plant-based cooking techniques and ingredient substitution.
- Strong understanding of food safety protocols and kitchen sanitation.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
