Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook Western and Indonesian dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food is prepared with high-quality ingredients and presented attractively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen workspace
- Follow food safety and sanitation regulations at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely meal preparation
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies
- Adapt recipes based on seasonal availability of ingredients
- Continuously improve culinary skills and knowledge of both Western and Indonesian cuisine
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a professional cook or chef, preferably with exposure to both Western and Indonesian cuisine
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
