Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the established Western and Japanese menu standards.
- Ensure consistency in portion control, food presentation, and flavor profiles for every order.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation following strict HACCP and food safety guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels, including rotating stock and monitoring ingredient freshness.
- Collaborate effectively with the head chef and kitchen brigade to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Assist in the development of seasonal menu specials or creative fusion concepts.
- Monitor kitchen equipment and report any maintenance needs to management immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook, specifically in Western or Japanese culinary environments.
- Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment.
- Strong knife skills and proficiency with various cooking equipment (grills, fryers, sushi station tools).
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Relevant vocational degree or certification in Culinary Arts is highly desirable.
