Tanggung Jawab
- Timely and accurate delivery of Lazada packages to customers in Cheras and surrounding areas
- Proper handling and care of packages to prevent damage during transit
- Efficient route planning to maximize delivery efficiency and minimize travel time
- Maintaining accurate delivery records and updating the tracking system in real-time
- Providing excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness
- Resolving delivery issues or customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Adhering to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian driving license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of experience in delivery or logistics (preferred but not required)
- Strong knowledge of Cheras, Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas
- Good physical health capable of handling packages of various sizes and weights
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using delivery tracking applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
