Tanggung Jawab
- Safely transport and deliver parcels to various residential and commercial locations throughout Bachok and surrounding areas.
- Plan and execute the most efficient delivery routes using GPS to ensure all KPIs and deadlines are met.
- Provide real-time updates on delivery status using the company’s mobile application and scanning systems.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure your motorcycle or van is in safe working condition.
- Interact with customers professionally, ensuring packages are handled with care and signatures are obtained where necessary.
- Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions accurately and ensure all collections are remitted daily.
- Adhere strictly to Malaysian road safety laws and company-specific delivery protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid Malaysian driving license (Class B2 for motorcycles or D for vans).
- Possession of a personal motorcycle or vehicle in good working condition is required.
- Strong knowledge of the local geography, landmarks, and shortcuts within Bachok, Kelantan.
- Ownership of a modern smartphone with data connectivity for navigation and app usage.
- Physical stamina and the ability to carry out deliveries in various weather conditions.
- Proven track record of punctuality, honesty, and professional conduct.
- Basic communication skills to interact effectively with the dispatch team and customers.
