Tanggung Jawab
- Operate industrial dishwashing equipment to ensure all tableware and kitchen tools are sanitized.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dishwashing station throughout the shift.
- Clean kitchen equipment, including fryers, stoves, and prep tables as required.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when needed.
- Ensure garbage and recycling are removed and disposed of in accordance with safety standards.
- Maintain proper storage of cleaned dishes, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.
- Follow all health and safety regulations strictly to ensure a sanitary kitchen environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions to the kitchen manager immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen utility role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects when necessary.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible regarding shift schedules (weekends/holidays).
