Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed technical drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD and Revit software
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop accurate design documentation
- Revise drawings based on client feedback and regulatory requirements
- Prepare material schedules and specification documents
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and industry standards
- Manage and maintain organized digital archives of project files
- Coordinate with construction teams to resolve technical discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architectural/Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional drafting experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software
- Strong understanding of technical drawing standards and notation
- Ability to interpret complex architectural and engineering concepts
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in documentation
- Effective communication skills in Indonesian and English
