Tanggung Jawab
- Safely and punctually transport company staff, clients, documents, and goods to various destinations as required.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the company vehicle to ensure optimal operating conditions and compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and overall excellent condition of the company vehicle, inside and out.
- Coordinate and manage scheduled vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Efficiently execute company errands, including but not limited to, banking, postal services, deliveries, and collections.
- Strictly adhere to all Malaysian traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of mileage, fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and trip logs.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes to save time and fuel, adapting to traffic conditions and road closures.
Kualifikasi
- Possession of a valid Malaysian driving license (e.g., Class D) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or commercial setting.
- Thorough knowledge of Kuala Lumpur's road network, traffic laws, and alternative routes.
- Demonstrated reliability, strong sense of responsibility, and exceptional punctuality.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting moderate loads when required.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
