Tanggung Jawab
- Safely transport laundry items between client locations and processing facility
- Manage pick-up and delivery schedules with punctuality and precision
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety standards, and basic maintenance checks
- Provide exceptional customer service during client interactions
- Document delivery transactions and handle client concerns professionally
- Optimize routes to minimize travel time while ensuring timely deliveries
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time schedule adjustments
Kualifikasi
- Valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction 1, 2, or 3)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Familiarity with Metro Manila road networks
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting laundry bags (up to 20kg)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic literacy and numeracy for documentation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
