Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive theory classes on traffic rules, road signs, and defensive driving techniques.
- Provide high-quality behind-the-wheel instruction to students of varying skill levels.
- Manage classroom schedules and ensure all training materials are prepared for students.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure they meet licensing standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical readiness of school vehicles.
- Ensure a safe learning environment during all training sessions.
- Keep accurate records of student progress, attendance, and training hours.
- Promote a culture of road safety and responsible driving within the community.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a driving instructor or a strong professional driving background.
- Valid driver's license with the appropriate professional classification.
- Clean driving record with no history of serious traffic violations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Highly patient, punctual, and organized individual.
- Passionate about road safety education.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including potential weekend shifts as required.
