Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement customized driving training programs for various vehicle categories
- Conduct practical training sessions focusing on safe vehicle operation and maneuvering
- Deliver theoretical lessons covering traffic laws, road signs, and defensive driving principles
- Assess trainee progress through skill evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation of trainee performance
- Ensure all training vehicles comply with safety standards and maintenance requirements
- Stay updated with current traffic regulations and best practices in driver education
Kualifikasi
- Valid Singapore driving license with Class 3 or higher certification
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving instruction experience
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's traffic laws and road regulations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Patience and ability to work with nervous or inexperienced trainees
- First aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
