Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar station throughout the shift.
- Provide attentive and friendly customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Manage bar inventory, including tracking usage and reporting stock levels to management.
- Handle cash and digital transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Upsell signature cocktails and promote daily specials to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate effectively with service and kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Bartender or Mixologist in a busy bar, lounge, or restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and modern beverage trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-oriented approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic English proficiency to cater to an international clientele in Kuta.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure during peak hours.
- Strong commitment to professional grooming and hygiene standards.
- A valid food handler’s certification is an added advantage.
