In this role, you will act as a primary mentor and guide for students aspiring to pursue their studies in China.
As our program grows, we are looking for a professional who is not only knowledgeable about the Chinese education system but also possesses the pedagogical skills to prepare students for a successful transition abroad. You will provide critical insights, cultural guidance, and academic support to ensure our students are well-prepared for the challenges and opportunities of studying in China. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver engaging instructional content for students preparing for study abroad programs in China.
- Provide comprehensive academic consulting and guidance regarding university admission processes in China.
- Conduct regular consultations with students and parents to track academic progress and address individual study needs.
- Create and maintain educational materials, brochures, and resources that highlight the benefits of studying in China.
- Organize workshops, info-sessions, and orientation events to help students adapt to the Chinese academic environment.
- Serve as a mentor to build students' confidence and academic readiness for international success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all documentation for university applications is accurate and submitted on time.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, International Relations, Chinese Language, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching, tutoring, or educational counseling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear, actionable advice.
- Deep understanding of the Chinese education system, culture, and language (HSK certification is a strong advantage).
- Professional, patient, and inspiring demeanor suitable for working with high school and university-level students.
- Strong organizational skills to manage student records and application timelines.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
