Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive structural engineering inputs during project planning, design development, and construction stages for HQ and assigned projects.
- Review architectural and MEP drawings to ensure structural integrity and constructability.
- Perform detailed structural calculations, load analysis, and design checks using industry-standard software.
- Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- Conduct site inspections and supervision during the construction phase to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation for internal review and regulatory approval.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in structural engineering within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, STAAD.Pro, Tekla Structures).
- Strong knowledge of Singapore’s Building Control Act, NBC Code, and relevant local regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team under tight deadlines.
