We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Professional Engineer with expertise in Welding, Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation to join our vibrant team in Kuala Lumpur. In this critical role, you will lead and support a variety of engineering projects ranging from waste treatment systems to industrial automation, ensuring they meet rigorous quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for designing innovative systems, overseeing complex installations, and optimizing processes. Your technical insight will guide project teams in selecting materials, specifying equipment, and implementing advanced automation strategies. You will also conduct site inspections, perform risk assessments, and ensure strict adherence to local regulations and international codes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, review, and approve engineering plans for welding, mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
- Supervise welding and fabrication activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Manage the installation, testing, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Develop and implement automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
- Conduct feasibility studies, technical analyses, and risk assessments for new projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Provide technical mentorship and training to junior engineers and technicians.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or eligibility for registration with the Board of Engineers Malaysia.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Welding, or Automation Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in engineering design, project management, or operations.
- In-depth knowledge of welding codes (e.g., AWS, ASME), mechanical systems, electrical design, and automation technologies.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
