Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language lessons tailored to diverse student levels.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans that align with educational curriculum standards.
- Assess student performance regularly, providing constructive feedback to track growth and improvement.
- Create an inclusive and encouraging classroom environment that facilitates active student participation.
- Integrate modern educational technology and multimedia tools into daily classroom activities.
- Facilitate language workshops and special projects to enhance speaking, writing, and listening proficiency.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student academic and social development.
- Participate in departmental meetings and professional development workshops to improve teaching methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in classroom teaching or professional tutoring.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certification in English teaching (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in modern digital teaching platforms and learning management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate students across different age groups.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to meet the individual needs of diverse learners.
