Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging and effective English lessons covering General and Business English curricula.
- Provide comprehensive instruction for test preparation including TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS, and EIKEN.
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans that cater to diverse student learning styles.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress through periodic assessments and constructive feedback.
- Maintain detailed records of student attendance and academic achievement.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to refine curriculum materials and teaching methodologies.
- Participate in academic meetings and professional development workshops to enhance instructional techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a private language institution.
- Proven track record in successful student preparation for IELTS, TOEFL, or TOEIC exams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient and encouraging teaching style.
- High level of proficiency in both written and spoken English.
