Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
- Oversee daily operational tasks according to the assigned role (Service, Admin, or Culinary).
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards across all areas of the establishment.
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering processes.
- Support the management team in daily administration and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve operational challenges efficiently.
- Uphold company policies and ensure a professional image at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or F&B industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in basic computer skills (for Admin/SPV roles).
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
