Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Manage POS transactions accurately while maintaining cash float and generating daily sales reports.
- Coordinate efficiently with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery as a Runner.
- Act as the first point of contact for guests, managing reservations, seating, and inquiries with a professional demeanor (GRO).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining floor, service stations, and bar areas.
- Upsell menu items and provide informed recommendations to enhance the guest dining experience.
- Handle guest feedback or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive outcome.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in Hospitality/Tourism.
- Proven experience in F&B, Restaurant Service, or Front Office roles is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Strong numerical skills, particularly for Cashier and billing responsibilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shift schedules.
- Well-groomed appearance and a service-oriented mindset.
