Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a diverse menu of specialty coffees, teas, and wellness-focused beverages.
- Calibrate espresso machines and grinders daily to ensure consistent flavor profiles and quality.
- Provide warm, professional, and efficient customer service to all guests.
- Maintain an impeccable level of cleanliness and organization at the barista station and seating areas.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and supplies, proactively reporting stock needs.
- Accurately process transactions through the POS system and manage cash flow.
- Create visually appealing latte art to enhance the guest’s beverage experience.
- Strictly adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Female candidate (mandatory as per the specific requirements of the role).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced cafe environment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods, and espresso extraction.
- Proficiency in latte art and a keen eye for aesthetic presentation.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to interact with a diverse clientele.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Basic understanding of wellness ingredients or a willingness to learn about collagen-based products.
