Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and engage potential clients in the Medan area to build a strong client base.
  • Analyze client financial situations and recommend suitable insurance products, such as life insurance, health, and education plans.
  • Present and explain policy details, benefits, and terms clearly to ensure client understanding.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and service.
  • Prepare and process insurance applications and documentation accurately and on time.
  • Attend company training sessions, product briefings, and sales workshops to stay updated.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, financial consulting, or client relationship management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a personal sales pipeline.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Valid driving license (SIM A) is a plus for visiting clients.
  • Willingness to undergo company training and licensing requirements.
