Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients in the Solo area.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis to recommend the most suitable life insurance products.
- Present and explain insurance policies clearly to ensure clients understand their coverage and benefits.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Participate in regular professional development workshops and internal training sessions.
- Provide ongoing support for policy administration and claims assistance for your client portfolio.
- Analyze market trends and identify potential business opportunities within the local community.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in insurance, banking, or sales is a significant advantage.
- Possess a strong interest in financial planning and the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
