Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on ingredients, and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Accurately record food and beverage orders using the restaurant's POS system.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks from the kitchen/bar to the tables.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area throughout the shift.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with grace and efficiency.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow.
- Assist in opening or closing duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Waiter, Server, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport with guests.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- A proactive team player with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional presentation.
