Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all guests and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
  • Coordinate front office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
  • Handle administrative documentation and data entry to support the wider team.
  • Assist with office supplies management and basic procurement coordination.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or departments while ensuring office security protocols are followed.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; relevant experience in front office or customer service is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in both Indonesian and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic email management.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a friendly, proactive attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure or when dealing with difficult inquiries.
  • Punctual, reliable, and capable of working in a full-time capacity in Kuta Utara.
