Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, financial records, and tax reporting requirements.
- Oversee logistics and warehouse inventory management to ensure timely supply of materials.
- For Technical roles: Coordinate and monitor on-site project execution to ensure compliance with MEP standards.
- For Drafter roles: Produce detailed technical drawings and site layouts using CAD software.
- Liaise between office management and field teams to maintain efficient project workflows.
- Maintain documentation for project progress, material usage, and staff attendance.
- Ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations on all sites.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or contracting industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and accounting/design software where applicable.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (for Accounting/Tax roles).
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and project specifications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to be stationed in Surabaya or project site locations.
