Are you a professional driver with a passion for hospitality? Sikara Lombok Hotel is seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Driver to join our boutique team in the heart of beautiful Lombok. As the first point of contact for many of our international guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering a premium first impression and ensuring their journey across the island is comfortable and informative.
In this role, you aren't just a driver; you are an ambassador for our hotel and the island of Lombok. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, and we look for individuals who are punctual, well-presented, and possess excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for airport transfers, local excursions, and ensuring that our fleet of vehicles is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide safe and timely transportation for guests, including airport pick-ups, drop-offs, and custom island tours.
- Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic standards of the hotel vehicles, both internally and externally, on a daily basis.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance or repairs with management.
- Assist guests with luggage handling and provide basic concierge-level information about local attractions and hotel amenities.
- Maintain accurate logs of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and trip schedules.
- Adhere strictly to all local traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure guest security.
- Coordinate closely with the front office team to manage guest arrival and departure schedules efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Indonesian Driver’s License (SIM A) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional driving experience, preferably within the hospitality or tourism sector.
- Strong proficiency in English to communicate effectively with international guests.
- Deep knowledge of Lombok’s geography, popular tourist destinations, and road conditions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset and professional grooming.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on guest needs.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and troubleshooting.
