Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms and public areas according to resort protocols.
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure guest rooms are fully stocked with high-quality amenities and linens.
- Report any maintenance issues or room damages promptly to the supervisor.
- Handle guest requests and special requirements with professionalism and discretion.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen stocks efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Proven work experience as a Housekeeper or similar role, preferably in a hotel or luxury resort environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, guest-focused attitude.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safety protocols.
