Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all assigned areas.
- Ensure all rooms are maintained to the highest hygiene standards and are ready for use.
- Manage the replenishment of necessary supplies and inventory within assigned areas.
- Handle laundering, ironing, and proper storage of linens and apparel.
- Report any maintenance issues, repairs, or safety hazards immediately to management.
- Maintain organized cleaning schedules and ensure all operational tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Strictly adhere to company health, safety, and security protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role within a hospitality or residential setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work an on-call, 6-day work week schedule with flexibility.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their proper, safe usage.
- Good communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
