Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
- Ensure all amenities are replenished according to established property standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team promptly.
- Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Maintain high levels of hygiene and sanitation protocols across all assigned sections.
- Handle guest requests with a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and guest toiletries.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Housekeeper or similar role in the hospitality sector.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety precautions.
