Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily cleaning of residential units, common areas, and amenities including floors, windows, and fixtures
- Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols including proper chemical handling and waste disposal
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and report issues promptly
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Operate specialized cleaning machinery including vacuum systems and floor polishers
- Coordinate with security and management teams for seamless operations
- Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and incident reports
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or facility maintenance experience
- Certification in basic food handling or safety procedures preferred
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Valid government-issued ID and clear police clearance
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required
- Proficiency in basic English communication
- Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning practices and products
