Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of villa areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, and kitchens
- Perform daily deep cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Manage linen inventory with regular changing and restocking of towels and amenities
- Follow strict hygiene protocols and safety standards for all cleaning operations
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to property management team
- Coordinate with other staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adhere to eco-friendly cleaning practices when applicable
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in villa/hotel environment preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina to handle daily cleaning tasks and lifting requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy work ethic
- Basic communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage techniques
- Valid work permit for Indonesia
