Tanggung Jawab

  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all assigned guest rooms and common areas.
  • Perform thorough cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Ensure that all linens, towels, and amenities are replenished according to company standards.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Assist in the preparation of rooms for guest arrivals, ensuring a spotless first impression.
  • Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and a helpful attitude.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Reliable, punctual, and disciplined in time management.
  • Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
  • Good communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
  • Flexibility to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
