Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all assigned guest rooms and common areas.
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure that all linens, towels, and amenities are replenished according to company standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist in the preparation of rooms for guest arrivals, ensuring a spotless first impression.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and a helpful attitude.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable, punctual, and disciplined in time management.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Flexibility to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
