Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, organize, and maintain library collections including books, journals, digital resources, and multimedia materials
- Assist students and faculty with research inquiries, resource navigation, and information retrieval
- Develop and implement library programs, workshops, and events to promote literacy and research skills
- Oversee library operations including circulation systems, cataloging, and database management
- Ensure the library environment is conducive to learning and adheres to safety protocols
- Collaborate with academic departments to support curriculum resource needs
- Stay current with library science trends and implement best practices in information management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- At least 1 year of professional library experience in an educational setting
- Proficiency in library management systems and digital resource platforms
- Strong research skills and ability to assist with complex information queries
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Must be a licensed librarian (PRC license)
- Proficiency in both English and Filipino
