Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate company delivery vehicles to transport goods to various customer locations in and around Sibu.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety.
- Load and unload goods with care, ensuring items are secured properly to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, trip records, and delivery verification documents.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company standard operating procedures at all times.
- Communicate professionally with customers upon arrival to provide excellent service and maintain brand reputation.
- Report any maintenance issues, traffic incidents, or delivery delays to the logistics supervisor immediately.
- Ensure the vehicle is kept clean and maintained in good working condition.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (GDL license is mandatory).
- Proven experience working as a lorry driver or in a similar transport/logistics role.
- Strong knowledge of Sibu and surrounding areas, including efficient route planning.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving goods as required during deliveries.
- Excellent time management skills and a strong commitment to punctuality.
- A clean driving record with no history of serious traffic violations.
- Proficient in basic communication to interact effectively with warehouse staff and clients.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
