In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our discerning guests, ensuring every aspect of their stay is seamless, comfortable, and truly memorable.

Whether it is arranging private dining experiences, curating local excursions, or maintaining the pristine standard of our luxury property, your presence will define the guest experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide intuitive and proactive service to guests, ensuring all requests are handled with grace and efficiency.
- Coordinate villa arrivals and departures, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and airport transfers.
- Manage in-villa dining requests, including breakfast service and coordination with private chefs.
- Maintain the villa’s aesthetic standards and ensure all guest areas are impeccably clean and organized.
- Act as a concierge, providing expert recommendations for dining, leisure, and activities in the Seminyak and Bali area.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service challenges promptly and professionally.
- Ensure guest privacy and security protocols are strictly followed at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Butler or Guest Relations Officer in a 5-star hotel, resort, or luxury villa environment.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of luxury service standards and etiquette.
- High level of personal grooming, professional presentation, and a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent knowledge of Bali’s tourism hotspots, culture, and high-end service providers.
- Flexibility to work shift hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
