Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and oversee the installation of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with local safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, drawings, and specifications for project execution.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and facility management teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in facility management or mechanical engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in diverse teams.
- Willingness to work in Pasay City, Metro Manila.
