Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive territory management plans to ensure maximum product visibility and coverage.
- Conduct product presentations, educational seminars, and promotional activities for doctors and pharmacists.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and healthcare providers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and local healthcare developments to provide strategic insights.
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Collect and report market feedback to the product and management teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, or a related scientific field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid professional license (e.g., PharmD) is highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented work ethic.
